Reza Iranpour, Assistant Division Manager of the Watershed Protection Division, indicates location of the train bridge over Motor Avenue. (The Watershed Protection Division is within the Los Angeles Department of Public Works' Bureau of Sanitation.) A tent provides temporary shelter just west of the bridge.
